In August 2023, the Ogbodu-ABA Empowerment Center held various workshops from the 8th to the 12th August, guided by the NATIVITI CULTURAL Foundation's with some of their Trustees. In the mornings there were Dance Workout Classes and from midday there were diffrent workshops.
The schedule was:
7th: Basket and Broom making
8th: Tie&Dye
9th: Weaving of clothes
10th: Drumming
11th: Beadwork
12th: Conclusion and Discussions
Each day focused on a specific craft, from traditional skills like basket making to vibrant arts like Tie&Dye. The workshop culminated in reflective discussions, creating a vibrant celebration of skill development.
